  1. Collection and storage of personal data and the type and purpose of their use

    a) When visiting the website

    When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

    • ï‚§   IP address of the requesting computer,

    • ï‚§  date and time of access,

    • ï‚§  name and URL of the retrieved file,

    • ï‚§  website from which access is made (referrer URL),

    • ï‚§   used browser and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the

      Name of your access provider.
      The data mentioned are processed by us for the following purposes:

      ï‚§ Guaranteeing a smooth connection establishment of the website, ï‚§ Guaranteeing a comfortable use of our website,
      ï‚§ Evaluation of system security and stability as well
      ï‚§ for other administrative purposes.

 

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. Under no circumstances do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.

b) When registering for our newsletter

If you have expressly consented in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO, we will use your e-mail address to send you our newsletter on a regular basis. Providing an email address is sufficient to receive the newsletter.

You can unsubscribe at any time, for example via a link at the end of each newsletter. Alternatively, you are welcome to send us your unsubscribe request at any time using the above contact details, by e-mail, fax or post.

c) When using our contact form

If you have any questions, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form provided on the website. It is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address so that we know who sent the request and can answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us takes place in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.

The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after the request you have made has been dealt with.

3. Sharing of Data

Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

  • ï‚§  You have given your express consent to this in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a GDPR,

  • ï‚§   the disclosure pursuant to Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f GDPR is required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in the have non-disclosure of your data,

  • ï‚§   in the event that there is a legal obligation for disclosure under Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, as well as

  • ï‚§  this is permitted by law and required for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

    4.Cookies

    We use cookies to operate the website. These are files that your browser saves on your end device when you visit our website. They are used to store data from your visit and for recognition as well as for statistical recording, improvement and guaranteeing the operation of our website.

The legal basis for this is Section 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Temporary cookies are deleted after leaving the website. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser in such a way that no cookies are stored on your computer or that a message always appears before a new cookie is created. However, the complete deactivation of cookies may mean that you cannot use all the functions of our website.

5. Analysis Tools

We use the website analysis service for websites from Google Analytics on our website, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA94043, USA ; hereinafter "Google"). In this context, pseudonymised user profiles are created and cookies (see Section 4) are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website such as browser type/version,

Under no circumstances will your IP address be merged with other Google data. The IP addresses are anonymized so that an assignment is not possible (IP masking).
You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting the browser software accordingly; we would like to point out to you however that in this case not all functions of this website can be used in full.
You can also prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing a browser add-on (https: //tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en).

When using the Google Adwords Conversion Tracking service, a cookie will be set on your device if you have reached this page via an ad on Google. This serves to analyze and statistically evaluate the use of the website. The cookie is valid for 30 days. The person is not identified, but it is observed whether the user reached the site via a Google advertisement.

You can prevent this use by refusing the setting of corresponding cookies in your browser settings.

6. Social network plug-ins

On the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit f GDPR, plug-ins, links and buttons to social media websites are used for advertising and information purposes. By installing these elements, data is transmitted to the corresponding social media providers when our site is accessed, possibly also in third countries. This data is stored and processed by the providers; In particular, a provider can recognize your visit to our website if you are logged in to the social media providers at the same time. Even if you "share" or otherwise pass on ("like") contributions from our website in the social network, this will be transmitted to the provider and saved by them, possibly also in your user profile. You have the right:

  • ï‚§  according to Art. 15 DSGVO information about your processed by us

    to request personal data. In particular, you can obtain information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data was or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a Right to complain, the origin of your data, if not collected from us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if necessary, meaningful information about their details;

  • ï‚§  according to Art. 16 GDPR to immediately request the correction of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by us;

  • ï‚§  according to Art. 17 DSGVO to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or is required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;

  • ï‚§  according to Art. 18 GDPR to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as you dispute the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it

and we no longer need the data, but you need them to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;

  • ï‚§  according to Art. 20 GDPR to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another person responsible;

  • ï‚§  according to Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR to revoke your once given consent to us at any time. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent for the future and

  • ï‚§   to complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or work or our office

  • ï‚§  according to Art. 21 DSGVO to object to the processing of your personal data, provided that there are reasons for this that arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which we will implement without specifying a particular situation. You have the option of notifying our law firm informally of your objection by telephone, e-mail, fax or to the postal address listed at the beginning of this data protection declaration.

    8. Data Security

    To ensure data security, the transmission of the content of our website is encrypted according to the state-of-the-art SSL method. To secure the data, we and the commissioned service providers with whom corresponding contractual agreements have been made take appropriate state-of-the-art measures, in particular to restrict access to the data, to protect against changes and loss, and to maintain confidentiality in accordance with the current status of technology used.
